A courier service inside a lab
Sherman Abrams Laboratory is a clinical lab in Brooklyn. Part of its work happens on the road: couriers move between client locations all day, and timing matters.
A phone call for everything
Dispatch used to run on phone calls and an older courier tool. To find a driver, someone called. To hand out a new job, someone called. To confirm a pickup, someone called again. Much of the record-keeping ended up on paper, and with a high volume of jobs and frequent staff changes, it was hard to keep up.
One map, one dispatch view
Now dispatchers see every courier on the live map, and create and assign jobs in one place. Regular pickups are set up once, as a recurring sequence. When staff changes, adding or removing a driver is simple.

Proof at every stop
Drivers close each job in the Hellotracks app and record counts, signatures and photos at the stop. Clients can get an automatic email as soon as their job is done. The whole team was tracking and dispatching within a day.
