AVALON Car(e) Services is a Hungarian company that delivers cars to its partners. Its drivers spend the day on the road: they bring a car to a partner, then come back to headquarters for the next one.
The question the office kept asking
Where is each driver right now, and when will they be back? AVALON runs its own ERP system for the rest of the business, and vehicle locations came from separate GPS trackers. Neither gave the office a clear, live answer.
That made it harder to plan the next jobs, and the delivery times given to partners were less precise than the team wanted.
A month of testing, a week to roll out
AVALON tested Hellotracks for a month, then rolled it out to the whole delivery team in about a week. It runs next to their ERP: Hellotracks covers live tracking, the ERP handles everything else.
What the office sees now
The live map shows every driver on the way to a partner or back to HQ. Afterwards, the location history shows each trip, including the speed along the route. Partners who order a car now get a more accurate delivery time.
