No system at all
Madison Valley Waste is a waste collection company in Ennis, Montana. Before Hellotracks, it had no routing software. Stops weren't kept in one list, drivers had nothing to work through in order, and the office couldn't easily see which jobs were done.
When a driver found a problem at a stop, there was no consistent way to record it, so the office had nothing to follow up on.
Simple, and running in a day
The business didn't want a complex system with a long rollout. It wanted something affordable that the drivers could use right away. Hellotracks was running in one day.

One route per driver
All jobs are now grouped into routes. Each driver opens their route in the app and marks off stops as they go, so the office can see what's left at any point in the day.
Having all of our jobs in one location helps our drivers mark them off as they go, and when there's an issue at a stop, they upload a photo right from the app.
A photo when something's wrong
The photo is attached to that stop's job. The office gets a clear record of what the driver saw and where, and can follow up with the customer.
