Somebody didn't show
The window closes, no check-in at the site. You hear about it while there's still time to send someone else.
Hellotracks Alerts
Write a rule in plain words: who, what, where, when. Hellotracks watches the field for you and tells you when something happens, or doesn't.

A rule reads like a sentence.
Ana doesn't check in at Depot North between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. That's the whole rule. You pick each part from a list, and Hellotracks does the watching.

A van hasn't moved for an hour. Maybe lunch, maybe a breakdown. Now you know to ask.
No signal from a device for two hours. Hellotracks pings it first, then tells you.
Every rule starts with one of these. Presence, movement, connection, zones, and battery.
Someone arrives at a place, or anywhere.
Someone leaves a place.
The time window ends and nobody arrived.
The time window ends and nobody left.
Stationary for 10 minutes to 3 hours. You pick.
No signal from the phone for 10 minutes to 3 hours.
Someone enters a zone you drew on the map.
Someone leaves that zone.
Someone enters a zone marked as dangerous. The worker gets a message too.
A phone drops to 20% and isn't charging. The worker gets a message too.
Two can be chained. "Checks in, and doesn't check out within 1h" catches the visit that never finished.
How it watches
Arrivals and departures fire the moment the phone checks in or out. Missed visits, long stops, lost connections, and low batteries are checked every minute, for every person the rule covers.
It won't nag. A scheduled rule fires once per person per day, and only fires again once the situation has cleared. A lost-connection rule pings the phone quietly first, halfway through the window, before it tells you.
Every alert is written to the dashboard. The rest is up to you.
The Alerts page lists every rule with how often it fired, and every alert with date, type, and message. A badge on the menu counts the new ones. The Live page shows the last 24 hours in its activity feed.
As many addresses as you like, per rule. Subject is the rule name and the place. The body is the alert, nothing else.
Connect Slack once under Integrations, then paste a channel ID into any rule.
One Alert Triggered webhook for the whole account. It carries the rule, the person, the place or zone, and the check type.
Danger zone and low battery send a message straight to the person, in your words. Every other alert goes to the office, not the field.
Rules show how often they fired, and what fired in the last 24 hours. The alerts report exports every triggered alert with type, place, and time.
