Early access · Co-Dispatch

The dispatcher who never looks away

Co-Dispatch watches your day like an extra dispatcher. A job with no one on it. A driver who drops offline. A visit about to run late. It spots the problem, shows you the best fix, and waits for your OK.

Co-Dispatch is in early access. Ask us and we switch it on for your account — usually the same day.

You stay in charge · Every change can be undone · Everything on the record

A job comes in with no one on it. Co-Dispatch spots it in seconds.

  1. Spotted
  2. Suggested
  3. Explained
  4. Applied
  5. On its own

Problems don't wait until you're free.

You're on the phone. A new job sits there with no one on it. A van breaks down across town. Co-Dispatch catches it in seconds and hands you the fix. One click, done.

What it catches

Jobs with no one on them

A new job comes in without an owner? Co-Dispatch finds the best person for it — right skills, right area, room in their day.

People who drop offline

Someone goes dark with stops still on their route? It shows you where their work should go, right away.

Visits about to run late

It checks every route all day long. If someone falls behind, you hear about it while there's still time to fix it — not after the customer calls.

How trust works

It has to earn it

Co-Dispatch earns its say step by step. First it watches, then it suggests, then it handles the routine — only as far as you allow. And if it slips, it steps back on its own.

  1. First

    It just watches

For the first days it changes nothing. It watches your schedules and notes what it would have done — so you can see if it's any good.

  2. Then

    It suggests

Problems show up with a suggested fix and a "Why?" button. Nothing happens until you click Apply. Most teams stay right here.

  3. Later

It can act — if you let it

When its track record is strong, it offers to handle routine fixes by itself. You pick exactly what it's allowed to do. It never switches this on without you.

  4. Always

It backs off on its own

If you start undoing its changes, it takes the hint. It goes back to suggest-only and tells you why.

No black box

Every suggestion shows its work: the real route, the real driving time, who's busy, who's free, and how likely the visit lands on time. Click "Why?" and see exactly how it got there.

It does the math on real roads

Suggestions come from the actual drive and the actual day — not a circle on a map.

It tells you the odds

For visits with a time window, you get a real number: 96% on time beats 71%. You decide what's good enough.

It warns you early

You hear "Miguel is 40 minutes behind" while you can still do something about it.

It learns from your no

Reject a suggestion and tell it why. It remembers — and suggests better next time.

And when things get messy

Paste a message

"Van won't start." "Not before 2pm, please." Paste the text — Co-Dispatch reads it, shows what it would change, and waits for your OK.

Ask "what if?"

Thinking about moving a job, or a whole route? Try it as a simulation first. Nothing changes until you say so.

Move a job to a lighter day

If today is full, it suggests the best day nearby. A new date touches your customer — so this one always needs your OK.

It works while you're away

Checks keep running with the screen closed. If something really needs a person, the dispatcher on duty gets a push message. No noise, no false alarms.

Everything on the record

Every decision — by you or by it — is logged with who and when. Nothing happens quietly.

Your rules

You pick the goal, what it may touch, and what stays hands-off. Work already in motion is never touched.

Customers are never surprised

Anything your customer would notice — a promised time, a new date — needs a person to approve it.

Undo, always

Every change can be undone with one click, for 30 minutes.

Nothing happens quietly

The full history is always there: what it suggested, what you applied, what got undone.

Planning the whole week? That's the Week planner.

Co-Dispatch keeps today on track. The Week planner spreads the work across the week — same idea: it proposes, you decide.

Common questions

Can it change a time we promised a customer?

Not on its own. Anything that touches a promised time or date needs your approval — no matter what level it's on.

What if it makes a bad call?

Undo it. One click brings back the old plan, for 30 minutes. And every undo makes it more careful.

Does it work when my screen is closed?

Yes. It keeps checking around the clock. If something urgent comes up, the dispatcher on duty gets a push message.

Who can see what it did?

Everyone on your team. Every decision is in the log, with who did it and when.

How do I turn it on?

Ask us. Co-Dispatch is in early access, and we switch it on for your account — usually the same day. It then starts by just watching; suggestions come once it knows your operation.
