It works out the week
Day by day, it moves flexible jobs into days that have room. Jobs with a fixed date stay exactly where they are.

It shows every move
Each move shows up as a dashed chip on its new day, with a note on where it came from. A bar sums it up: "2 jobs move to a better day · 1 needs review."

Apply makes the moves. Discard throws them away. And afterwards, everything can still be adjusted by hand.

Common questions
Will it change dates we promised a customer?
No. Jobs with a fixed date never move. And even flexible jobs only move after you click Apply.
What about jobs it can't place?
It leaves them where they are and marks them "needs review". Nothing gets forced into a bad spot.
Does it run on its own in the background?
No. It only does something when you open it and press Plan week.
