Location is $10 per user per month on annual billing, $12 monthly. It includes live tracking, history, trips and stops, timesheets, places, zones, alerts and location reports. Dispatch is $12.50 on annual, $15 monthly, and adds the job board, assignment, route optimization, forms and job reports. Enterprise is quoted.
Admins and dispatchers count as users too, not only the field team.
Billing is per user and prorated. Add someone mid-month and you pay for the days they were there, roughly thirty cents a day. Remove them and you stop paying. That is how seasonal teams use it.
The only extra cost ever is custom development, and only if you ask for something, we confirm it is possible, and you approve a quote first.
Yes. 30 days, the full product, support and API included, no credit card and no user limit. It ends by itself, with nothing to cancel.
Yes. Cards and ACH bank transfers both work, and we can invoice. Monthly, quarterly and annual billing are available.
You can cancel at any time. The annual plan is charged in full at the start, so cancelling does not produce a refund for the rest of that year. If your team size changes a lot, monthly is the safer choice: it is prorated and there is nothing to undo.
