Adding many people
Import them from a file. Larger companies can use single sign-on and SCIM, so users are added and removed automatically from Okta or Microsoft Entra. For small teams, adding people one by one is fine.
Don't roll out to everyone at once
Start with two or three people during the trial. You look at real data from your own work before you commit anyone else.
Help while you set up
Inside the product you have an AI assistant, the help docs and a human. A person replies within one business day, and usually much faster. There is no on-demand phone line: support is by email or a scheduled call.

One administrator is enough for a working account. In practice, start with at least one admin and one worker: someone in the field creating data and someone on the web looking at it.
Is support included during the trial?

Do you offer training for our team?
Support is included during the trial and after it, so everyday questions are covered. If you want structured training sessions, tell us the scope and who should join, and we will send a quote. Dispatchers and field staff usually need different sessions.
