Common questions
How long does the setup take?
Most integrations are configured and live-tested within 3–5 business days after you share access. Complex field mappings or multiple workflows may extend timeline — we confirm before starting.
What if my use case needs something custom?
If your workflow falls outside the standard scope, we will scope it as a separate fixed-price engagement. You will know the price before any work begins — no surprise invoices.
Do I need to share login credentials?
No. We work the way certified integration partners always do: you invite us as a team member on your platform with the minimum admin role needed — we list the exact role per platform. OAuth connections are authorized from your account during a quick setup call, so the access token stays with the connected app, never with us. We never ask for passwords, and everything we configure is documented so you can remove our access at any time.
What happens after the live test?
You get handoff notes covering everything we configured — field mappings, webhook URLs, sync schedules, and what to check if something changes. Your team owns the integration day-to-day, and our regular Hellotracks support stays with you for any questions, issues, or platform changes down the road.
