Station Operations Manager, Divvy Chicago
"I would recommend Hellotracks because it's a convenient, alable way to manage field teams. It can work for small and large teams. The user interface is also simple and intuitive. Using Hellotracks was definitely easier to track our work in the field. The ability to add job types, import data, and make jobs more custom was great also."
Jon Baker has been working at Motivate for the past 8 years and is now Station Operations Manager in Chicago. Before Hellotracks, Divvy Chicago used to have physical GPS units to navigate vehicles throughout the city. However, they were finding that problems kept arising from the units. They were also looking for solutions that might offer the same service but at a reduced cost. When they found out that Hellotracks was used on smart devices they found it to be definitely more convenient to have a dispatch system based on cell phone only.
Once Hellotracks was set up with the team. Divvy found it easier to track work in the field. The ability to add job types, import data, and make jobs more custom were other features they enjoyed. Other benefits included messages from the dispatch team decreased after hours, the software was scalable meaning it could work for small and large teams and the user interface was simple and intuitive.
“Hellotracks has been very easy to implement and it’s helped us to better manage our field staff, improve asset recovery and improve overall field operations through real-time visibility.”
“The management tool is very easy to use and engage between the dashboard and device app and the API integration is adaptable for our business. Hellotracks team has been an excellent partner that actually cares about the success of our team.”
“Hellotracks helped us to improve routing efficiency and allowed auditing of daily routes.”
