Hellotracks Sub-processors
Last updated: May 19, 2026
Hellotracks uses certain third-party service providers to help deliver, secure, support, and improve the Hellotracks service. These providers may process customer data only as needed to provide their services to Hellotracks and are required to protect that data under appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Sub-processor categories
Hellotracks may use sub-processors in the following categories:
- Cloud hosting, infrastructure, storage, and database providers.
- Mapping, routing, geocoding, and location-services providers.
- Email, notification, messaging, and customer communication providers.
- Customer support, help desk, and customer success tools.
- Payment processing, billing, accounting, and subscription management providers.
- Analytics, diagnostics, logging, security, and service monitoring providers.
- Third-party integrations that customers choose to enable, such as Slack or calendar integrations.
Customer-enabled integrations
Some integrations are enabled directly by customers or workspace administrators. When a customer connects Hellotracks to a third-party service, such as Slack, Hellotracks processes the information needed to operate that integration, including connection metadata, configuration settings, and the content necessary to send or receive the requested workflow events.
Changes to sub-processors
Hellotracks may update its sub-processors as the service changes. When required by applicable law or a customer agreement, Hellotracks will provide notice of material changes and give customers an opportunity to object according to the terms that apply to their account.
