Hellotracks Timesheets
Your team turns Active on when the day starts and off when it ends. Each flip is a clock-in or a clock-out, with the time and the place. The timesheet writes itself in the web dashboard.

No clocking app. Nothing to forget.
The switch your team already uses to start tracking is the clock. On means in. Off means out. There is no second app, no code to type, and nothing new to learn on day one.
Your team taps Active when work starts and taps it off when work ends. Outside working hours the app shows Off-duty and locating stays off.
Pick a date in the dashboard. Every clock-in and clock-out is there, per person, with the hours worked and a total for the day.
One report, PDF or Excel, for any people and any date range. Hours, breaks, totals, and a line to sign.
The same switch on both. Left: on the clock. Right: outside working hours.
Each row is one stretch of work. Two badges, a bar against eight hours, and the total on the right.
The row stays visible with no duration, so you see it before payroll does. Open it, set the time, done.

Pick the person and the times. An entry with only a clock-in is fine when the end isn't known yet.
Morning and afternoon become two rows. Both count toward the day's total.
Set working hours once. Locating runs inside them and stops outside them.
A weekly schedule for everyone. Give one person their own hours when they differ.
A day off, a late start, a Saturday shift. Set it for the date and the schedule adapts.
Turn it on and workers edit their weekly schedule and days off in the app. Their hours, their phone.
Off-duty shows today's hours and a button to add extra time. No call to the office needed.
Every clock-in has a place
When someone flips the switch, Hellotracks records the moment and the position. If they are standing inside a customer site or a zone, they are checked in there at the same time. Nobody types a thing.
The office sees it too. A notification when someone goes active, the entry in their day's timeline, and a webhook if your other tools want to know.
The numbers payroll asks for, without a spreadsheet afternoon.
Clocked days, average clock-in and clock-out, missing clock-outs, all per person in Statistics.
The PDF lists each day with hours worked, breaks, and notes, then totals, then signature lines for the worker and the manager.
The same data as Excel, one row per day, for whatever payroll tool you use.
Schedule the report and it lands in your inbox. Up to 120 days per report.
No. The Active switch in the Hellotracks app is the clock. Switching on records a clock-in, switching off records a clock-out.
The row shows a dash instead of a clock-out and no duration. You can set the time in the dashboard, confirmed by PIN. Statistics also counts missing clock-outs per person.
Yes. Pick the person and the times, confirm with your PIN. You can also change or delete any entry.
No. A clock-in is an explicit action on the phone. Hellotracks records the position at that moment, but it never invents hours from movement.
No. Outside the schedule the app shows Off-duty and locating is off. A worker can add extra time for today when a day runs long.
Yes. Each stretch becomes its own row, and all complete rows add up to the day's total.
PDF, with signature lines, or Excel. Choose the people and a date range of up to 120 days, or schedule it as a recurring report.
Invite the team, set the working hours, and let them flip the switch. Export the first timesheet next Friday.
