Where your team finds it
On a job
Link a form to a job. It appears inside the job on the phone, under Linked Forms. Once it's sent, it turns green.
At a place
Link a form to a customer site. Anyone who opens that place on the phone can fill it in. Save your set as the default for every new place.
When a job is done
A short completion form with text, numbers, and checkboxes. Plus photos and a signature. Required fields have to be filled in before the job can be closed.
Every answer has a context
Who. When. Where. Which job.
A submission is more than answers. It carries the team member who sent it, the time, the GPS position at that moment, and the job or place it belongs to. Nobody types that in. It's just there.
No signal at the site? The form opens anyway, the draft saves itself, and the submission goes out when the phone is back online.

Common questions
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The form opens, the draft saves on the phone, and the submission is sent as soon as the phone is back online.
Can a form include photos?
Yes. An Image field takes photos from the camera or the gallery, several per field. They show up in the dashboard as thumbnails you can open.
Can someone send the same form twice?
Yes. A submission is final and can't be edited afterwards, but the same form can be sent again, for example once per unit.
Can I make a field required?
Yes, any field except a checkbox. The app asks for it before it sends the form.
Where do signatures go?
Signatures are captured when a job is completed, together with photos and the completion form. They show in the job's Responses tab in the dashboard.
Can I export the answers?
Yes. As CSV or Excel from the Reports page, one form at a time.
Can my team fill in forms on a computer?
Yes. Forms can also be filled in and submitted from the web dashboard.
