Hellotracks Forms
Build a form in the web dashboard. Your team fills it in on their phone, at the job or at the place. The answers land back in the dashboard with who, when, and where.

What you draw is what they see.
The form builder is a phone. You add a field, and it shows up on the screen exactly the way your team will see it. No settings pages. No surprises in the field.
Add fields, name them, mark the important ones as required. Then link the form to a job or to a place.
Your team opens the form from the job or the place. Photos come straight from the camera. Drafts save themselves.
Every submission shows up with the date, who sent it, and how complete it is. Open one to see every answer and every photo.
The same form, native on both. No web view.
Enough for inspections, service reports, and proof of delivery. Not so many that your team gets lost.
Splits a long form into parts.
One line. A name, a serial number.
Room for notes.
Whole numbers. Meter readings, item counts.
Measurements with a decimal point.
Yes or no.
Pick one. Up to seven show as buttons.
Pick one from a long list. Searchable.
Take a photo or pick from the gallery. As many as you need.
Any field can be required. The app won't send the form until it's filled in.
Link a form to a job. It appears inside the job on the phone, under Linked Forms. Once it's sent, it turns green.
Link a form to a customer site. Anyone who opens that place on the phone can fill it in. Save your set as the default for every new place.
A short completion form with text, numbers, and checkboxes. Plus photos and a signature. Required fields have to be filled in before the job can be closed.
Every answer has a context
A submission is more than answers. It carries the team member who sent it, the time, the GPS position at that moment, and the job or place it belongs to. Nobody types that in. It's just there.
No signal at the site? The form opens anyway, the draft saves itself, and the submission goes out when the phone is back online.
Answers are only useful if the office can get at them.
Open any submission to see every answer and every photo, in the order you built the form.
Every submission has a printable page. Send it to the customer or keep it on file.
Export a form's answers as a spreadsheet. One row per submission, up to 120 days at a time.
The job's Responses tab collects its submitted forms, the photos, and the signature in one place.
Sister product
Voiz Report is a separate app from the same team. Speak your report, and it fills in the fields. It connects to your Hellotracks workflows.
